These Terms govern your use of SyncParams (the "Service") provided by Sync Params ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SyncParams provides remote configuration, parameter management, and player voting tools for game studios.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have authority to bind your organization, or be of legal age.
3. Acceptable use
You must not (a) use the Service unlawfully, (b) commit fraud or send spam, (c) infringe intellectual property, (d) probe, scan, or interfere with security, scrape data, or distribute malware, or (e) circumvent technical limits.
4. Intellectual property
We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service within your selected plan.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
6. Service level
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable window before deletion.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or violations of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
