How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order, or email support@syncparams.com and we'll handle it for you.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
Exceptions
We may decline refund requests for fraudulent activity, terms-of-service violations, or repeated abuse of the refund policy.
